Our hospitality volunteers are trained to help you navigate our parking lots and building as easily as possible.
Service dogs are welcome at Victory! Feel free to ask one of our hospitality volunteers if your service dog needs water.
We have handicapped accessible parking spaces on either side of the church. Please
be aware that the parking spaces with lines are reserved for those with wheelchair
accessible vans. You may see our parking attendants as you drive in. Please feel
free to let them know what type of accessible parking you need, and they will be
happy to assist you.
A restroom accessible to a motorized wheelchair is located in the children’s wing
just outside of Room 25.
Each entrance to the building is accessible by wheelchair. If someone is dropping
you off in inclement weather, we recommend using the carport closest to the
intersection.
The sanctuary has a slight incline and is wheelchair accessible. Most of our chairs
are bolted into the floor and cannot be moved. We can remove a chair in the front
row and the back row depending on your preference. If you would like to sit in the
middle of the sanctuary, we have a few aisle seats with arms that fold out in order
for you to transfer into them easily.
We have devices available for persons who need assistance hearing the service. Stop by the Information Center (located in the middle of our foyer) desk to pick one up prior to service.
We use moving lights as well as LED lights in our services, but our lights do not
strobe. You can sit anywhere in the sanctuary to hear the music and the message
clearly. If you need assistance, please feel free to ask one of our ushers or our
volunteers at the information desk on the center of the lobby.
Please be advised that, for special events, we may use stronger lights and/or haze
as effects in our production. If you would like to learn more about what we’ll be
using for a particular event, please give our office a call at 607-962-7000, and we would be happy
to assist you!
