Childcare Reimbursement


CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY is a transforming environment and we understand that the expense of childcare can be a barrier to participating in a community group or class at a time other than Sunday mornings. Victory is able to reimburse those who need assistance with their childcare expenses at a predetermined rate. All reimbursement will be kept confidential.

CHILDCARE EXPENSES for a community groups or classes are processed in the following ways:

  • We reimburse parents at a set rate for the cost of an individual baby-sitter.

  • One childcare reimbursement form is to be filled out by each couple/parent per group or class attended.

  • Return the completed form to the church office via the secured slot to the left of the office doors.

  • A reimbursement check will be mailed within 2-3 weeks.

  • For accounting purposes, each form must be submitted within 30 days of the group or class occurring.


NOTE: Reimbursement is only available for applicable events:
Community Group meeting, Spiritual Formation event/class taking place outside of Sunday AM
