We partner with parents to raise the next generation of fully devoted followers of Jesus. VictoryKids is our children’s ministry, which is available for children 24 months old through 5th Grade. VictoryKids is available at the 10:30 AM service and is located in the lower level of the Elmira Campus.
Join us on Thursday mornings from 7 AM to 8 AM for a time of prayer. This time is more informal - join us for the full hour or however long you can!
Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00am as we come together for a gathering time filled with encouragement, equipping and fellowship! This community group-like time will have snacks and coffee provided, as well as a devotional and a time of prayer and/or worship.
Brady and Sydney Bond are originally from the Corning, NY area. They grew up locally and met at
Victory’s student ministries. Brady and Sydney are married and have one child (well, two, if you
count their Great Dane!). They are both graduates of Kingswood University (B.A.) and they have been
part of Victory’s Staff since they graduated in 2018. Brady is passionate about worship, evangelism
and equipping the local church. Sydney is passionate about local missions and teaching. In their
free time you can find them spending time with their families, being with friends and enjoying a cup
of coffee. On a Sunday morning you might find them greeting you at the entrance, preaching the
message, or on the worship team!
Parking is available in the lot across Federal Street or on-street parking is available on Federal Street & South Main. Please enter the building via the door on South Main Street. If you have children, head to the lower level to check them into VictoryKids.
Our weekly Sunday service in Elmira begins at 10:30am. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can grab a coffee and find your seat.

Yes, we use both live preaching and video preaching! The Campus Pastors preach live sermons during every series. We also use same-day, video-streamed sermons from Victory’s Painted Post Campus during every series. You will be able to hear from our entire preaching team through our live and video-streamed messages!
Yes! We are a campus of Victory Highway Wesleyan Church (located in Painted Post, NY). We are one church in two locations and online. We carry the same mission, and we are contextually relevant to Elmira.
We do have an ADA compliant elevator at our rear entrance. Please contact an usher upon arrival and they can assist you.
Yes! In January 2020, Elmira Wesleyan Church (EWC) merged with Victory Highway Wesleyan Church. Since this successful merger, EWC became Victory’s Elmira Campus!
Yes! When you give online, you can select which fund you would like your tithe to go to. Both campuses have the General Fund, Building Fund and the Mission Fund as options.
